Craig I want to thank Creative Horizons Home Improvement for making a house look like a beautiful home. Since I have purchased my house I have let it become outdating. Creative Horizons Home Improvement came to the rescue. Creative Horizons replaced my old siding, windows, doors, fascia and gutters and now I am proud of my home. Craig promptly responded to my call to come out for an estimate. After speaking to Craig, we were able to come up with an affordable plan to completely update my home. After I decided what products I needed for updating my home Craig and another installer (Andy) from Creative Horizons Home Improvement came to my home to measure the siding, windows, doors, fascia and gutters the next day. They arrived promptly on time and were professional and courteous while taking the measurements. A few days later, the siding arrived and they began the process. I inquired why they do not start immediately and was advised that in case of any inclement weather. Andy, the installer, would in sections. After he took a section down he would prepare the house to attach the new siding and fascia. Moreover, at the end of each day he would clean up any mess or debris from that day's work. Creative Horizons Home Improvement does not take short cuts to rush through a project. Creative Horizons Home Improvement treats every home as if it's their own. They really do think of everything. When the windows arrived Creative Horizon Home Improvement used the same standard and quality of care and expertise when they installed my new windows. My windows look beautiful and work great. Their windows are amazing. I have seen my neighbors' windows and they do not compare to the quality of my new windows. They made sure not to disturb anything in my house and explained everything they were doing. They made me feel comfortable with my decision every step of the way. Within a few weeks my home was completely renovated in a professional manner. Creative Horizons Home Improvement is the contractor who cares!!! This company is 5 stars+
