Don't get the Lamb Kabob

I ordered the Lamb Kabob and i got 1 skewer (don't know any other restaurant that would give just 1 skewer) on a bed of cinnamon based rice (lots of it). The meat smelled funny so i held a piece with my fingers and flipped it around and...
