Cox Collision cost me the use of my car when it was brought to them for restoration due to a non-traffic related accident. His daughter that answers the phone is extremely nasty and condescending, and found the owner, John Cox, to be inept at the basics of communicating to the insurance company all of what was needed to charge the necessary amount to have the car restored. He failed in what was required, leaving me to conclude that they need not be in business.
