Awful .....lies promises returned for repairs after my new purchase and had to return 4 times to get it done and was never done right. Promised to replace a part broken by dealer and that never happened. No return calls......wife steps in and appeases you for a moment but nothing is ever ever rectified. Jay is your best friend smiley face happy face family stories....at time of sale After sale he won't even look up from his desk when you stand there waiting to be acknowledged. When he does glance your way it seems your bothering him. Plan to spend an hour or so to get a conversation. UNSKILLED Repair shop. He'll sell you anything to make a buck. I COULD GO ON AND ON.......good luck getting title work completed. Oh he sells you insurance for bike too but you can get it much cheaper from your auto ins. co. but Jay won't make any money on that..... BEWARE I STILL SHAKE MY HEAD WHEN I THINK ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Worst experience in my 50 years of life

I dropped off my outboard to have it serviced. It was idling poorly. I asked for a quote before any work was done because I wasn?t sure if I wanted to invest a lot in the motor. I was told the work could be done in two weeks.Worldwide > United States > Pottstown, PA > Boating
