This is a place for people who LOVE to party and be loud

Wow, I am in disbelief.

I lost my home due to foreclosure and my credit isn't good, so I found an apartment complex that was small, and seemed fairly quiet. I stopped by here several nights and during the weekend. It didn't seem loud at all. Then, I moved in...

They let basically anybody move in here. Very few people in these buildings actually work. Most of them collect some form of governement assistance. I would say racially, it's about 94% white/4%black/1% hispanic. The majority of the white people you find here are the typical hill billy stereotypes you hear about that belong in a trailer park. The other races are very quiet (I'm white FYI). My neighbors are loud, smoke refer, get drunk, and play their bass tv systems very loud.

If you have any kids, this isn't a good place to raise them as they probably couldn't study because of the constant distractions of noise and parties. I try reading and it's impossible to get into anything that requires concentration because of my neighbors.

The place is very pet friendly, allowing all sizes of dogs. The place has a pool, too. I don't see myself being here for long and will definitely leave here once my credit improves.

Unfortunately, you can't pick your neighbors, but the management could be more selective about who they let in.

Very "Interesting" Place

Not a good place to have kids in. It seems like they let almost anyone in. My neighbors are loud, when they arnt loud then there are not home. Out of the 12 apartment in a building, I am only friends with one of them. And trust me i has tryed to be friends with them all. If you look in the paper and it says something about a pool, not belive it. Yes there is a pool just it has not been open in 5 years.
