I had a Porsche repaired at Countach late 2010, and after repairs were complete, I realized within 24hrs of getting car back that 1) New headlight was not adjusted properly, 2) both power side mirrors were not connected 3) piece of new bumper fell off, 4) sunroof wouldn't close, 5) the car driven 75 miles while at the shop after someone said I'll do you a favor and bring it to The Collection (for mechanical repairs) for you.

stolen glasses
I chose this body shop because of their high standards and reputation in the industry. I feel that Countach did an excellent job in fixing my vehicle after a minor car crash, and they were very professional by keeping me posted while doing so. I am, however, etremely disappointed with their dishonest behavior. I left my very expensive prescription sunglasses in the car along with a few other minor things of no value. The sunglasses were carefully tucked away in the arm rest, as I only use them for driving, but they were missing when I returned to get the vehicle. I also noticed that my ipod cable which I only use inside of the car was also missing. Though this is not an expensive item it is the combination of both things that were stolen that really made me upset. I did speak to the owner but never received a call back in this regards. So I feel this body shop's personnel can not be trusted. Too bad as they were so close to getting great marks with me over all for the work!!!

BEST BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!!
I had just purchased a 2011 Jaguar XJL from the Collection in Coral Gables. a couple of weeks later someone backed into me and damaged the front end. I called my sales man at the Collection to tell him what had happened and he told me to take my car to Coutach Auto Body because that is the body shop that the Collection uses.Worldwide > United States > Miami, FL > Body Shops
