Fast authentic mexican food
Cotijas is a neighborhood mexican food restaurant. They have a wide variety of authentic mexican dishes at fair prices for fast food. They are located along a busy stretch of Mission Gorge in Santee, and always busy. They have a small dining room for eating in. Food is fresh and tasty and served up fast. Nachos and taco plates are a favorite.

Fast service- food is tasty
Good mexican food. The portions are good size too. I made the mistake of getting a dinner and also nachos, and I couldn't eat it all. Burritos are really good. They cook their beans just right. They have a small dining area, which is ok. But, I usually just take out from the outside window. They have fast service.
