WORST COSTCO TIRE SERVICE - Do not trust Costco tire shop!! I've bought my tires at Costco with life time tire balance and rotation option. Every time I went there to get my tire balance and rotated, they would only balance front tires. I asked them why and they said, they only balance front tire due to only front tire needs to be balance. I've bought tires at other tire shops and they've always balanced all 4 sets of my tires. The last time I went was Dec 30th and they told me they could not rotate my tires due to wear in my front tires. I told them to just balance all 4 tires and went outside to wait. Just few minutes later, they drove my car out of the shop and said it was ready. I've inspected my tires and knew they did not even took the tires off the car, so I've asked them if they've balanced my tires. They said, they've put all 4 tires on the balancing machine and none of the tires needed balancing. They totally lied to me,.. because there was no way they could have taken the tires off the car and checked in 5 minutes, plus, my wheels had a lot of break dust and there was no sign of even handling the tires. I understand they are very busy because they sell a lot of tires, but misleading and not providing service that I've paid for is not acceptable, especially from Costco, the name I've trusted. I would never buy tires from Costco again. I also recommend you keep an eye on them next time you get your tires rotated and balanced. I'm totally disappointed at Costco Tire Center.

Worst COSTO Service?
The employee working the optics desk was extremely rude about their return policy and clearly was taking his bad mood out on customers. When we filed a complaint with COSTCO headquarters, the General Manager of this COSTCO called us, but...Worldwide > United States > Raleigh, NC > Commercial Warehouses
