Customers Come First

This was the first time I've been to a dental office in awhile, and trust me it was worth me taking the time to look around. Once I arrived I was greeted with a sincere voice and a nice smile. I didn't have a long wait. And the doctor was wonderful. I never had a professional cleaning done with the end results being so white. He explained all of the work that needs to be done in full detail and clarity.....................There's no mystery in why I'm going back, I believe I'm in good hands.

A HEALTHIER SMILE

I've been through many dentists and poor dental hygiene for many years. I went for a consoltation at the Cosmetic Dentistry of New York office. I was very self consious about the well being of my mouth. I had a consolation with Dr. Kadoe and was very happy and pleased with the way he explained everything about what needed to be done and what steps were needed to go further. I started dental treatment with Dr. Kadoe on that same day and felt very comfortable and happy with the fact that I didn't experience any pain or sensitivity. He was very thorough and gentile with the dental treatment and I never felt more happier in my life about going to a dentist!!

Dentists aren't so scary afterall

The moment I walked into the office I knew I was in the right place. As it is going to the Dentist is very nerve wrecking, but I was greeted with warmth and kindness which made me feel a whole lot more comfortable. The enviornment was clean and pleasing to the eye, the office manager and assistants very friendly and helpful. I was seated in my chair and right away Dr. Kadoe came in , knowledgeable, experienced and ready to address my needs. I started my experience with a great cleaning, I shall continue to attend this office with confidence and trust.

RUN WHY U CAN, DON'T GO!

HELLO,
THIS WAS NOT A GOOD DENTIST EXTREMELY PAINFUL, HAD TO HAVE MY MOST OF MY WORK
DONE OVER; MY IMPLANTS WERE LOOSE 6 WEEKS AFTER HAVING THEM DONE. AND THE PAIN
WAS EXCRUCIATING FOR THE IMPLANTS AS WELL AS ROOTCANALS. I WAS TOLD TO LEARN HOW
TO TOLERATE PAIN. Dr Kadoe did my implants took about 2 hours extremely PAINFUL! when he finished he walked out left me with asst bleeding he never returned to check hmouth or to see if i was ok. I stayed there crying for 45 minutes before I could get myself together to drive home.

BELIEVE ME, RUN WHY YOU CAN--HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS AS WELL;
PERSONALLY, I DON'T BELIEVE THOSE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FROM PATIENTS PROBABLY DID THEM
THEIRSELVES.

Worst Dentist I have ever been to

I have had a lot of work done over the last few years, by many different dentists, and this is by far the worst experience I have had. The office procedures are unorganized and the staff unapologetic.
I had an original appointment for a fellow dentist in the office for an eval. Once it was determined what work was to be done, I called back and made another appointment. On the second appointment, I waited about 45 minutes to see the dentist, and it turned out to be a different dentist (Kadoe) than the one I previously saw. He didn' t do anything except provide a second evaluation. So I go back a third time to see my original dentist and he begins work on a multiple step process. For my third appointment, he has had an emergency and is out indefinitely. This can not be helped and I understand that. So I see Dr. Kadoe. For this third appointment, I am made to wait about 1 hour 20 minutes. I was really stressed out at this point, as I took time away from work, and he told me to calm down and not stress out. His assistants were unhelpful, saying he would be "right with me." He was out getting pizza while I was sitting in the dentist chair waiting for him. He gets the work done and says that I am lucky b/c my procedure usually takes 3 visits, and he'll do it in a hour. I don't think this is necessarily a good thing. I am definitely having a new dentist double-check the work. I come back for a 4th appointment. Again, I wait 45 minutes. His movements are rougher than I've experienced in the past and causes more pain. In a previous appointment, I asked the office admin. person to make a copy of my files. She talked to Kadoe and they both said they would be able to provide them. I asked for the copies this time, and she didn't have them and said she would have to check with Kadoe again, so now I have to go back. Other than for my files, I will not be going back to this office.

100% Satisfied

I had my implants done 11 years in Dr Kadoe's Brooklyn Office. Everything went well at that time, no pain whatsover--and to this day I get complemented on what a fabulous job he did.

I highly recommend him and many of my friends have used him with the same excellent results.

You cannot go wrong with him and his pleasnt staff. I am seeing him next week for some work and actually lookk forward to the visit

First impression

Contacted this office on Monday, they were unable to make any appointments till Tuesday. Not sure if this is common with this dentist's office or not. But once at the office, the dentist seemed very professional, my options were discussed and i was referred for outside work IOT provide a better view of my options. more to follow as this process continues.
