BAD SERVICE/MEAN PEOPLE

This was not a good experience. The place was cold, and uninviting. It smelled really bad. I left my coat there and had to sign what seemed to be a legal document.
When I went back the coat did not look any better, and no longer fit me. The guy who waited on me & who said he was the owner stated that I had signed a release and he would not clean the coat again or give me a refund. He wasn't even nice, and made no offer to help or make me happy. I will not return
