I called this service because their sticker with contact number was on the alarm panel of home I purchased. The system needed to be reset as the previous owners were unable to provide any information pertaining to the system. The man answering the phone at Cornerstone Alarm was so angry and confrontational over the phone that he refused to provide service even when I called, willing to pay the $95 fee, for a technician to come to my home. Absolutely, the worst customer service phone call I have ever experienced in my 48 years of life. I was not able to complete a sentence as the man yelled through the phone, at times even gasps of air were heard through the phone (and witnessed by a family member) as he continued yelling at me regarding details of the system. I was unable to even complete the request for the service as he told me he didn't need my money. Certainly, I will be spending my money elsewhere; I would also caution the distributors of alarm systems to not use this company for future installations.
