These guys do bait and switch. RIght from my support tickets (this project started in April and we were told this was a 30 day project max) They never respond to tickets and after 2 months they say they did not start on our project: Devon, Hey, I just wanted to check on the status of this integration. To reiterate what I said on the voicemail, I understand that you spoke to Richard today and were unhappy with how long it's taking to get your custom work done. The tech that was working on your CS Cart integration scripts attempted to get connected to your databases over the weekend but was unable to. I don't know if anything changed with the IP address or something else but I can confirm that I am not able to connect to the databases. To write the integration scripts, it is necessary that we are able to connect. Brandon, maybe you can take a look and find out what's wrong going on with it? Thanks, Devon We turned off their access on June 16th when we finally had enough of waiting for updates that we were never going to get. Mailware and Core Technologies have scammed me out of close to 10,000
