Worst service ever!

I wouldn't give it 1 star.
Needed my laptop optical drive replaced. It took 5 trips and a month to get it back. That's 2 hr. round trips. At home, inserted brand new disk from Mac. Could not get it out. Drove to store. Tech couldn't...
