These people are fair and honest. My parents have used them for years and I used them today. The tech called before arriving. Jerry was 30min early which was great as my refrigerator didn't work. I had tried to fix the problem by replacing the fan motor but reversed a plug during reassembly. Jerry found the problem, showed me and didn't try to sell me a new fridge. Honesty is hard to find in the repair world. These folks are one of the very, very few honest repair companies and I only wish I could find a car mechanic of the same caliber.
