I worked at this child care facility for approximately five months. I am also a graduate of the Univeristy of Pittsburgh's Applied Developmental Psychology Program and I can say with certainty that I would never send my child to any center owned by this company. Children's needs are this company's last priority. Of the appalling things that I witnessed in my time here the most horrific was physical punishment being inflicted on children and the least appalling was a Center Director putting her personal needs before those of the children. As a staff member, I voiced my concerns about these issues to the regional director, but my concerns fell upon a deaf ear. I encourage all parents reading this with children currently at these centers to take a closer look into their child care facility and voice their concerns to DAWN FOWLER.
