The only start is for some very good instructors at the center, however, the receptionist, an older lady who is in her 60s, very skinny and has dark hair and dark glassed, she is very unprofessional, and not respected to people, especially rude to the people no speak English well. She works in the enrollment office, so she is receptionist of the center, However, I have been to the office three times, she always on the phone, is the office a call center? My first time in the center, I tried to ask her if there is a class for adult, but she was on the phone for 20 minutes, and the 2nd time I was in the center, I saw her was inpatient talking to a Chinese parent who speaks poorly English. I was surprised because I didn't understand why the center has a very rue and unprofessional person works as their receptionist? The 3rd time I went, she was on the phone (again), so I wait outside for about 20 minutes, when I saw her dropped her phone, I went in and told her that I am new and have some questions, she without looking at me, and said' I have to take this phone call, you get out !I need to close my door!" I was in the office before her second phone running, she should asked me what's my question, if she cannot help me, I didn't need to wait again, but she just told me to get out without asking me anything and closed her door very rude. I am really disappoint with the first person who represents the center! I hope those good instructors teach at other places, so I do not need to come to this center and deal with the rude receptionist again!
