Poor service and work

We went to this car wash yesterday about 15-20 minutes before closing, to get my mom's 99 Toyota Corolla washed. We had been here previously and thought they did a great job, so we returned.\r

Good - but busy.

Coast Car Wash has been around a long time. They are good, but can be very busy with a waiting line out to the street.
They offere basic car wash for under $10.00 and you can spend money on all the extra's including hand washing, waxing and detailing.
Recommended.

Good Quality Service

Coast Car Wash provides very good service. I go to them quite often as they always advertise on the back of my supermarket receipts. I take a coupon and get a very good wash for a very good price. The only problem is that they can very busy, the wait time may be a little long, so I always bring something to read while I am waiting. I would recommend Coast Car Wash.

Poor service and work

We went to this car wash yesterday about 15-20 minutes before closing, to get my mom's 99 Toyota Corolla washed. We had been here previously and thought they did a great job, so we returned.



This time the service was horrible. Everyone was rude, and the car was not properly cleaned. After the car was washed a huge grease spot was left on the right rear side, above the tire. After asking it be cleaned, one of the employees wiped it off with windex and had a bit of an additude as he cleaned it up.



When we entered the vehicle to leave we noticed that many spots were not vacuumed properly. There were still crumbs and dust between the seats, console, and embedded in the carpets.

We ended up going down the street to the self serve wash to finish up the job. We shortly noticed that a part of the left headlight had been knocked off. We rushed back and they tried to play it off like the car was like that when It was brought in.



Finally the part was brought out...
