Can't beat the price for the lunch buffet!
This place is good. It used to be a lot better... but it's still tasty. Lunch buffet is really cheap ($5.50 a person until 2pm). Egg rolls are thick and deep fried. Fried rice is nothing to boast about. Lo Mein is almost frozen food...Worldwide > United States > Saint Paul, MN > Chinese Restaurants
