I have been a customer here for many years and have NEVER had a problem with customer service, supplies or the many pets I've bought there. My wife and I have bought five ferrets, a California King snake and have also adopted a very loving abandoned kitten from an employee who also does animal rehabilitation. As for help with our pets, they can tell you whatever you need to know about the care of your new pet. If there's something they don't know, (they ARE only human, after all) they can usually tell you where you can find out. I've heard stories about how it smells there, YOU try having that many animals in your home and tell me what it smells like! Actually, as well as they take care of the animals there, I don't think it smells much at all. They may not have a huge selection, but all you have to do is ask and they can usually order what you want/need.

Unclean and Uninformed

Love Clearwater
