They took the time to explain to me that my personal car insurance covers the rental and I dont need the extra insurance. Their rates were great to begin with and this saved me a lot of money.

Excellent Service
My car was in a collision; my insurance company sent me to another company which offered me a tiny car at $38.00 a day; Allcar gave me a larger car for $30.00. Considering NYS has a high tax rate; I saved even more with Allcar and got a larger vehicle. Allcar even billed my insurance company which saved my out of pocket expense.

Im new to Brooklyn and this place is great
I am new to Canarsie and was so happy that I came across Allcar rent a car. My first day here someone hit my car and damaged it and my insurance company sent me to a national chain which was so expensive. A neighbor recommended Allcar who gave me a bigger car for what my insurance company gave me.

Worst Rental Experience Ever!
Worst rental car experience ever. I went to their Manhattan location. I arrived and was told no cars were currently available and I would have to wait for one to show up from Brooklyn. The customer service agent explained he was not able to say how long it would take, but noted that people have waited up to two hours!! I was very agitated as I was heading a a friend's wedding in South Jersey. As time passed, I wound up changing into my dress and doing my makeup in the tiny office bathroom to save time. Finally, a customer returned a car that he no longer wanted and I was able to take it - OVER AN HOUR AFTER I ARRIVED. Had this customer not come back, who knows when these cars would have shown up from other locations. I wound up missing my friend's wedding ceremony because of the delay. Never use this company if you're working on a time line.

great experinece
i rented from the all car in the bronx. the service fast. the staff was friendly and even helped my remove my items from a cab and into my rental. i never knew this location was even in the bronx, but now that i know... they have a customer fort life, or untill i buy a car (which they sell cars as well). I loved my rental. oh and the price was very affordable!!Worldwide > United States > Brooklyn, NY > Hotels & Travel
