Chi town Best Windows

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. After receiving $30,000 the owner refuses to return any of my five calls to him regarding the siding separating from the building, some of the fascia has completely torn and fallen from the building, and the soffit is literally hanging from my front porch. This is the second time that has happened. The owner also promised $300 per recommendation and he neglected to follow through with that promise after a friend of ours used his business for installing windows. I believe this man is dishonest and hides behind his secretary/wife as she screens his calls. I have my own before and after pictures for anyone to review if they so desire. I bet they would assist you in your decision making.

Bottom feeders!

Here's how to create credibility for your business (NOT!)

First, post your illegally placed signs in public parkways, creating eyesores throughout your neighborhood and bottom-feeding by not honestly advertising your business in a legitimate manner.

Second, make sure you post an unpublished number on your sign.

Reeks of a fly by night outfit! Buyer beware.

I just had some work done by chi-town best windows and I was very happy with the quality and performance of there work...."great Job" ...my house never looked so good ...I had windows and siding done and myself and my wife are extremely happy... Thanks Chi-town not only the the beautiful job but thanks for saving me tons of money!!!!!

after several estimates and alot of research I decided to go with Chi-town. I had all my windows replaced and was very satisfied. the windows are excellent and the install was great they even insulated around each window , the exterior of the new windows where done too. the crew who installed where very nice and cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend them great work and great price.

Best work done

April of 2009 Had siding replaced on my home and garage Also gutters and soffits, new doors and new garage door and new windows in my family room I am more than satisfied with the work that was done. Neighbirs came from down the street and said the house looked really nice, They wanted to know who did the work, I recommended this company and they used them for work they needed They came back and thanked me for the recommendation and told me they were very satisfied The company is very reasonably priced and very thorough and detailed in their work process. I would recommend Chi Town Best Windows and Siding to anyone that needs work done on their house. A most excellent choice for business

Company from Hell

They were hired to replace my roof and windows. Doing the repair of my roof they broke my plumbing stack and covered it up with shingles. I have been receiving water in my house from within my walls due to the stack being/ broke and pushed down into the walls of the house. The windows they replaced had wood trimming which they removed in order to remove the old windows and install the new. The trim was damaged, wood split, and not reinstalled correctly. The windows were half caulked which caused my house to be colder than it was with the older windows.

BUYERS be WARE!! If you are not a roofer or a plumber it would be difficult to identify a broken stack. This company refuses to take on the responsibility of the damages, Bob the owner, allows his secretary to hide behind the phone, however, he did respond once I reported them to the better business. Once reported he sent one of his worker out whom claim that the shingles were not sealed around the chimney which what was causing the water to come in to the house. Months later another heavy rain and the same thing happen. Remember, this only happens when there is a heavy rain. Once I contacted Bob again, I got the run around, I then sent a letter which he finally responded to and insist that I pay for them to come out and identify the problem which they had an opportunity to do prior to the warranty expiring. This work was done in August 2007, due to the heavy rain season this year, I am having a continuous amount of water in my house which has caused a lot of damage to the walls and my electrical sockets. I have had to pay a roofer to come in and actually identify where the water is coming from which is how I found what the problem is. I contacted Bob of CHI-Town again to explain the issue and ask them to replace the stack and was treated with hostility. I will never do business with this company again..

GREAT COMPANY!!!!!

I had to coment on chi-town best windows ...I had windows done on my house and I was extremely happy wow what a great job they did the windows where beautiful and proffesionally installed and they also capped the exterior of the window...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND them to everyone... infact sister is getting her windows done too,,,,thanks again chi-town for a great job and a great price!!!

Great Service and Price

I recently had windows installed in my home and just love them. They look beautiful. The salesman was very informative and polite. I also got a great deal, after shopping around to local window companies Chi-town best windows was the company I chose. I would recommend Chi- town best windows to anybody I know.
