Best Potstickers in Town
The atmosphere may be grim but the pot stickers and General Tso's chicken is the best in town. However, you do have to ask for the hot chili oil or they just bring a soy sauce mixture. Great food though.Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Lounges
