Great, fast, and inexpensive Chinese food.
Very solid and consistent Chinese food. One of the better ones in the area and is owned and run by the family. They are very friendly and are happy to do whatever they can to make your dining experience an excellent one. One entree will fill even some of the largest appetites.

Great delivery
My family enjoys Chia Bistro. Their fried rice is amazing! The rest of the menu is good and delivery service is always quick. The house/chef specialties are always delicious!

Excellent Food for the Money!
Having recently relocated from San Francisco and NYC to Charlotte, NC, it has been difficult to find a consistently good chinese restaurant of the quality I am used to. That was until I found Chia Bistro in Huntersville. Their firecracker shrimp and scallops are superb. The singapore rice noodles are authentic and tasty.
