The Absolute WORST MECHANIC and even worse customer service. I brought my boat in after being dead in the water with an electrical problem. Asked them to fix and go through all to get the boat right. I waited 2 weeks for them to even look at the boat. When I dropped it off, they let me know later today or tomorrow. Ater "supposedly fixing" my electrical problem, my boat was returned 2 1/2 weeks later. I put in the water, and died later that day and was Sea Towed in. I opened the cowling and found 2 split spark plug wires that were badly arcing. Would have thought a quality marine mechanic would have caught this (mechanic 101). This fried my power pack and ignitiion. When I brought back once again to attempt the really fix it. I was told it would be a few days (which really means 2+ weeks in Chelsea languate). Worst of all, they told me they were proud of their work, and showed no remorse, actually showed great arrogance. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DISHONEST!!!!
