bad billing policies
I was a Cheetah member for a year. The gym is nice and clean, but I wasn't using it as much as I had hoped. I contacted them at the end of my contract, within 30 days before the renewal (per the contract). \r

Agree with "Ok gym..."
I've been a member here, on and off, for 8 years. My contract expired, and interestingly, when that occurs, they automatically put a member on a month-to-month and increase fees (?!). How about being a just a little customer focused --...Worldwide > United States > Chicago, IL > Gyms and Fitness
