Mediocre food, HORRIBLE SERVICE

*FOOD: Food was OK at best. General Joe's Chicken was good. U fortunately, the Orange Chicken seemed to be some General Joe's Chicken, with a bunch of orange peel thrown in. Not horrible, but the only orange flavor was in the peels. ...
