Great program for younger children

Very good program for younger children and adults. Friendly instructors that help out with techniques and forms. Clean environment and decent sized area. Very family orientated school.

Strong School

Have study for over 30 yrs. and hands down the best school I have trained at.
Not the watered down approach. Good discipline and hard training.
