Great food, but our service was terrible!
I have eaten at Champps in Schaumburg, and really love the food and portions! Went into this with great expectations, but had the worst service starting from waiting to sit down to our absent-minded waitress. Appetizers never came out, and had to wait several minutes to get napkins and silverware (this was after the food came out). Will go to Schaumburg from now on.
