After receiving a call from Denali C (recruiter) regarding a long term temp to perm position at J&J, I decided to find out who the onsite vendor was. I was referred to Kelly Scientific who referred me to CGR7. I spoke to "Jenny" who told me that based on my website I didn't have the chops for the job. I told her that I still had contacts at J&J and that I would contact them as I did believe that I had the "chops" for the job. I thanked her for her honesty. I do not think she actually believed that I have contacts at J&J, but I do and I did contact them and let them decide if the company has any need for a cracker jack marketing guru. My ego is bruised, but honesty is everything in this business.
