Mixed review
I have a mixed feeling about Macys. I had excellent customer service at certain departments but had some bad ones in the other departments. I have to say that Macys best department was their cosmetic section. I went to both the Shiseido and Chanel counter and both sales women were extremely nice and helpful. Virginia, the Chanel sales woman, was thorough and patient with me. She explained almost the whole Chanel line to me and even gave me advice on my routine skin care. I ended up buying two night creams and she gave me a handful of freebies to bring home. The lady at the Shiseido counter was also nice and explained the products to me well. The two departments I wasn't satisfied with were the Men's and Women's Clothing department. No one greeted either my husband nor I the whole time we were there. But other than that I would definitely go back to the cosmetics department the next time I need cosmetics.

this store has everything. we like to go there when they are having make up promotions. sometimes, they have a free gift with purchase deal. they also have great sales -- especially around the holidays.
