Unethical business practice
I have just moved to Nashville and was rudely stopped by a parking attendant in a Central parking lot. Apparently I was supposed to pay to park in the specific spot that I had left my car. There was 1 sign that was yellow and black and said central parking, but beyond that there was absolutely no notice that this was a pay lot. It is entirely unethical for a business entity to require payment without first giving you fair notice. (Especially when there is a free lot 10 feet away).greatest ripoff in Nashville, TN
I took a friend to the emergency room at Baptist Hospital and parked in one of there lots in space 3. I put the five dollars in the slot (although it was only three due to hot having change) and when I came out to get back into my car I had a notice that i was parked in slot 2 upon trying to report this mistake to them I was told it would be cheaper to pay there fine rather than be taken to court by them. I use there lots every day up till now but that is going to stop. What a ripoff
daily parking is supposed to be only $7. They give you no change, nor is there any notice that you have to pay exact, but they take my $10 anyway! What a crock.Parking downtown
I only go to downtown Nashville to eat or sometimes to walk around on a weekend. I parked in a parking garage on a Sunday night for on hour, which had an attendant window, with no one there. I realize I didn't read the signs which are small and only posted once, however I thought you pay when you leave like most parking structures instead the $7 sign was actually $10 with a $60 fine I will never shop or eat in downtown Nashville again!Worldwide > United States > Nashville, TN > Parking
