If there was a chance to give them a BIG FAT 0 I would !!! THEY ARE CROOKS!! The guys tell the warranty company that my dogs chewed the wire to the AC and that it blew the transformer. NOT A CHANCE, I have been living at this same resiedence for the past 4 years and never had a problem with my dogs and the AC unit. The guy had a bad attitude when he arrived and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure the warranty company DOES NOT USE THEM ever!! They are devils and bad business. They even had the nerve NOT to answer any of my calls because that's how horrible their customer service it!! STAY AWAY from this company or you will be sorry
