Unfortunately did not have good results with CBI. When our alarm has gone off CBI has failed to call/contact us. Additionally, we had a brief home visit for a small repair on a door switch and got charged $75 (less than 1 minute of repair time - literally) and the repair that was done did not work. Contacted CBI 3 times now regarding this and still just getting bills for $75 without any contact regarding getting the person to come back out to actually fix the door. One of the problems is that for about 90% of their incoming calls they use an outside answering service, so their corporate response is variable at best. It also appears that they use an outside monitoring company for watching the alarms - who takes little responsibility for actually contacting the homeowner whose alarm is triggered. Bad corporate response and poor response to alarms. Any questions?
