We live in the neighborhood and we've eaten at CSR for years. The steak was never that good, but it was nice to have a "steak house" that we could walk to.

My husband and I tried CSR last year at Lenten time because we heard that their all you can eat Walleye and shrimp on Fridays was wonderful...last year it was. We were treated wonderfully, by staff and by our server...this year...it was...Worldwide > United States > Saint Paul, MN > Steakhouses
