Very poorly managed and now looks it! A mobile home community is only as good as its management. Since its current management team has taken over the park has fallen short of living up to its Senior reputation. Under age residents have moved in and continue to do so. Other violations are totally ignored by them as well as by the owner who, apparently, is more interested in collecting an ever increasing rent over maintaining a neat and tidy "Senior" community, Owner is currently selling repo'd park homes for next to nothing ---so he can continue to collect monthly rental fees. If you try to sell your home while owner and the managers do this---YOU WON'T GET A BUYER TO OFFER YOU A DECENT PRICE.

Senior Living at it's best
