They don't have time for you.
This place once had a great reputation--especially Dr. Martin. In the last few years, though, the office has felt like an uncomfortable and tense place, and there's clearly political rivalry between some of the doctors and the front office staff. I will not be going back. My dog had a clear emergency (which he's had before so I know the symptoms), but the receptionist sent me to the doctor's VOICEMAIL!
