Horrible experience
Not only has my hair been cut way too short but also the wait was crazy. There was no one there that seemed to have any professionalism. This is a pretty bad company. I wouldn't waste my money.

terrible....awful...results were terrible and service is terrible. Exercise extreme caution before entrusting your hair to Aveda Charlotte. The students are very inexperienced and you would be better off letting a cranky toddler handle...
