Carmen's Carpet is the only company both my family and I have used for years. The owner comes out to do a sketch and estimate and brings samples. You can go to the store to see larger samples of most carpets. The showroom is small but the service is superb! They help you make the right choice with style of carpet and well as padding. He guarantees his work so if you should have a problem, they will come out to fix it. Once you place the order it takes about a week to get the carpet in and a day to install. Friendly workers. Carpeting is expensive so prices are comparable to other reputable companies. The quality of the work and the carpeting sold is well worth the price. We have 3 dogs and a toddler and our carpet looks like new (was installed in October 2002!) Excellent people to deal with.
