I agree with majority, Service is the WORST!

I had a k1200s under warranty.

Some issues with my bike started occurring intermittently and after research on the inter-webs i found the solutions. The solutions were to take it to the dealer and replace some parts.

1) bike stalling...

It is very difficult to get a call back from the this dealership. Thank goodness for the internet, because it is much easier and a lot less hassle than dealing with these guys.
