I have repeatly tried to contact Capitol Bank to inquire whether or not they were once known as World Financial Capitol Bank, with no answers. It would be helpful to have a customer service e-mail address, for out of state consumers. I still haven't been able to review whether they received a closing account from a former department catalog company!
