I have no problem with a former child molester attending the same church as my family dose, and I since I trust God first with all the children; as well I trust the Pastor and the leadership with their safety. Second who ever wrote this is taking scripture out of context, yes we do sin but those who believe that Jesus Christ is there Lord and Savior, then your sins are forgiven by a gracious God who we are to reflect in our lives and be as forgiving and gracious as Him. Only by the power of Jesus Christ can we be healed of such behavior in ones life, Third this is complete defamation of character which is suable by California law and also sounds like the person is causing dissention and division which God hates. I give this Church thumbs up for handing this, I am sure the person in question is being watched by the leadership, and is not allowed to serve in any ministry that involves children alone. You can not tell people every Sunday that there is a sex offender in the congregation, as the person who found the information should have gone to the pastor at once with there concern. The person writing this sounds immature in there faith and dose not know how to deal with these type of issues in a day and age where morality is worse then ever before. Jesus came to forgive sinners and those that truly believe in Him should do the same.

I find me and my wife thanking GOD often for leading us to this great church. We've been blessed as we plugged into the Men and Women's study and our kids are excited to go to kids church. During times of joy and difficulty in our personal lives, the body at CCPV has reached out to us on more than one occasion. We have experienced the love of GOD from day one til now. We know it was GOD who lead us here. Blessings

SEX OFFENDER!!!!! The sr. Pastor's dad has a previous conviction for sexual molestation and has been coming to church where my sister brought her kids for years. Be alerted that there is a registered sex offender may still attend this church & if you chose to also be part of this church to also chose to protect your kids as well as other peoples' kids. Only God knows this offender's intentions & extra care should be taken to prevent this individual from commiting another crime & hurting another child. I'd question any ones motives for defending any pedophile's right to be in the same building as children. I'm going to be very leary of any church I ever attend from this day on because of this issue.
