I would rather pay 100 percent more at ANY gun range than ever go back to this place. I joined this range for 3 months and signed up for a concealed carry class. The day before my concealed carry class, my father was admitted to the hospital because of serious complications with his lung cancer. Even being grief stricken, I called to let Calibers know that I would not be in attendance at the class because my father was in the hospital. I had already paid for the class, and did not make any mention of a refund or attending a different class. The person on the phone then immediately started lecturing me on how I should have given them more advanced notice so they could have put someone else in the class. This was after I told them I had a family emergency with my father in the hospital! It was so unprofessional and rude. Under no uncertain terms I will never go back to this establishment again!
