I used to love this store when the owners daughter was there. She was always so nice, very patient and knowledgeable, and always so sweet and kind. I don't know who the short, dark headed older woman is but she was clueless, and said a ring was not for sale because she wanted it, and she hadn't taken it out of the cabinet yet. I then asked to speak to the someone else, and she took the ring and got the owners son. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He treated me like I was bothering him, and he didn't have time for me. I will go back if I know the young, blonde, girl is there.
