AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place is a rip-off! Owner Tony Macias is entirely unscrupulous!

Here's my experience: I was forced to leave my car there for 10 days to repair the sunroof. MY MERCEDES WAS BROKEN INTO (on his lot) over the last weekend. The stereo and other items were stolen; the dashboard and console were damaged. He never reported to me what had happened until I returned to his shop...

(Sir Tony will rarely talk on the phone and his 'service manager' -- a very loose description for his father-in-law who is basically a bumbling idiot told to screen calls -- kept me from knowing what was going on with the repair -- which wasn't the first time this had happened...)

To his ethical credit he did replace the stereo and damaged console (guiltily, as I walked in, as if he was half-expecting me not to notice!), but left me with a damaged dash, climate-control system, and glove-box that no longer locks.

Here's Tony-Toney's reasoning on the matter: he told me that he wasn't fully responsible "because when you leave a car somewhere you have to expect something might happen to it... someone could break into your car in the parking lot at HEB... it's the chance you take" -- or words to that effect.

He touts his establishment (in his Yelp blurb) as "Family Owned and operated FULL Service Auto Repair Center... We service family's Mom and Dad may drive and import and son and daughter may drive a domestic car." (sic)

DON'T BE FOOLED! He's got a bunch of stoned-out, non-English-speaking guys playing jungle-gym with Jags, Bentleys and Benzes and is a prime target for a lawsuit. Let me know, we'll do a class-action. If he doesn't flee to Mississippi first!
