Took numerous calls to get them to respond. Set an appt. which they missed. Set another which got postponed. Made us miss our 30 day deadline for our MTEMC electric bill credit. Had to get an extension. The day they showed up they were 5 hours late. Charged us over $300 to build a insulated attic hatch cover door which they didn't build. Instead, they brought a "tent" which just sits on top of the attic door. Asked them to adjust the cost accordingly and they wouldn't. Will never use them again. Don't trust them.

Poor customer service and misguided diagnosis
We called C&M to come out to fix our heating system. The repair technician said that he couldn't be sure how exactly our system worked, but that he believed that our circuit board was not opening the dampers to the downstairs of our home,...Worldwide > United States > Nashville, TN > Air Conditioning
