We were really impressed with the authentic flavor and great quality of the meat used on the brisket and pulled pork. The sauce was good. The only thing I wished they had was fries because I don't care for potato salad or cole slaw, though they did have chips. I can see this bring a stop on guys fierritis big bite on food network someday!!!!
