I haven\\\'t had any problem with her, but there is an assistant who behaves unpredictably; I just called and felt like I was backhanded by him, he was that rude. Whether he's having a bad day or not, he should not be treating someone who calls as if he's annoyed replete with heavy sighs and a nasty tone and raised voice. I did not say anything to deserve such a response. Even if I had, this was shocking. I\\\'m not sure what his problem is, he might be bipolar because when I\\\'ve been to the office he acts exceedingly polite - I guess that\\\'s the key word \\\"acts\\\" - not genuinely, but exceedingly so. The difference between the two types of behaviors is unsettling. However, other than this guy who behaves unpredictably, there is no problem that I'm aware of at this time; if it weren't for the strange experiences that are related to this person I'm referring to, I'd give 5 stars. But I don't like feeling afraid to call and end up with this guy if he's in the mood to be belligerent.
