Nice wide selection of pets and supplies. Could be a great, cozy store and nice option from the larger retail pet stores but the staff are crude and very, very unfriendly. You're made to feel like you're a bother and an annoyance. Not sure if they're mad because they own a pet store or that they have to work in one. The store reeks of nicotine as do the employees. They have an attitude of "just get what you need and get the bleep out of our store!" Now, if they treat people like this - just what kind of treatment do you think those poor animals are getting?? If you don't believe this review - don't visit - just give them a call - that same icy "don't care" attitude you get on the phone will be the same one to greet you in person when you come through the door. From what I've heard this place went down into the dumps when the actual brothers sold the store to their employee....too bad. Definetly won't be back. One visit was enough. I'm not going to pay you to treat me like crap - and you only have to bite my hand once. Total thumbs down! Please don't shop there. Maybe when sales go down enough they'll either get the hint and try to make real changes or they'll just go out of business, to which I'll gladly say, "good riddance!" No business is always better than bad business!
