Cool place for the in crowd
Capital hill is the young hip spot for all the sub 30 adults. What better way to spend the evening then seeing a movie on broadway (Seattle that is). Coffee shops galore and a few pandhandlers but still a great location for that Seattle flavor. Prices are in line with any major movie venue.

A great space to rent for an event
If you want to put on an event like a play, movie, discussion, panel--the Broadway Performance Hall (run by the Broadway Management Group) is a great space. it holds about 295 people and they can project various forms of film and video. And the staff are very nice and helpful and the rental rates are reasonable depending upon what you need.
