great place, bad customer service
my dog has a great time going to the brier creek pet hotel. she loves it and is always excited to go. i always put her in and get a groom before she comes home. this time they did trim her one nail to short (which is fine if they told me)...

My dog DIED while in their care and when dropped off, was in excellent physical condition. TAKE YOUR PET ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE!
